The third and final of the general marinades this one is a semi sweet and quite light mustard marinade. As with the Chinese marinade it can be used with most meats but will benefit from being paired with milder tasting meats.
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp clear honey
- 2 tbp grainy mustard
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Mix together the marinade mixture and use to coat your chosen meat overnight in the fridge. Cook on the BBQ slowly at a low temperature till cooked through.
